Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Chand Chakori, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as a general policy, given the delicate and handcrafted nature of our fabrics.

Exceptions We may accept a return only in the following special circumstances:

The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
The item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping

To request an exception, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chandchakori58@gmail.com or +91 63530 75701 with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Requests made after this window will not be considered.

Refunds If your return exception is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs in approved cases will be covered by Chand Chakori.
